In one paragraph

You are 18+, you use your own photos and your own conversations, you do not use the toolkit to deceive or harm anyone, and you understand the AI is a helper not a guarantee. We charge you what we say we will, you can cancel anytime, and you can wipe your data at any point. Be a good human. The rest is detail.

Who can use DatingXP

You need to be 18 or older to use DatingXP. You agree to keep your account credentials private and to be responsible for activity on your account.

How the tools work

DatingXP gives you AI-assisted suggestions for your dating profile, photos, and conversations. The output is a starting point, not a script. You decide what to send, post, or do with it. We do not guarantee matches, dates, or relationship outcomes.

Acceptable use

Do not use DatingXP to harass, deceive, impersonate, or harm anyone. Do not generate content involving minors, non-consenting people, or anything illegal where you live. Do not try to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the service. Use the AI Photo Shoot tool only with photos of yourself or someone who has explicitly given you permission.

Credits and subscriptions

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Credits included with a plan reset at the start of each billing cycle (Pro credits roll over once, capped at twice your monthly allocation). Top-up credits do not expire as long as your account is active. We may adjust pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice. Cancel anytime from your account settings — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If something is broken on our end, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out — refund, credit make-good, or fix the bug, whichever makes sense. Unused subscription periods are not refundable by default but we will look at edge cases honestly.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload (photos, bios, chats). By using a tool, you grant us a temporary licence to process that content through our AI providers solely to generate your result. See our Privacy page for retention details.

AI-generated output

You can use the bios, openers, photos, and other content the tools produce for personal dating-app use. AI-generated photos are based on your reference uploads and meant to look like you — do not pass them off as photographs of someone else, and do not use them to create fake identities.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that the tools will be available without interruption, that the output will be accurate, or that following the suggestions will improve your dating life. AI models occasionally produce wrong or weird output — use your own judgement before sending anything to anyone.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything related to DatingXP is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes we will notify you by email and at the top of this page. Continuing to use DatingXP after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
