Dating is personal. We treat it that way. Here is exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and how to get rid of it.

Your inputs are not used to train any AI model — ours or anyone else's.
Reference photos are kept for 30 days, generated photos for 90 days, then deleted.
One click in your account settings wipes your data. We do not make you fight for it.
Your email and password (hashed, we never see it), the inputs you submit when you run a tool, the outputs we generate for you, and basic usage metrics like which tools you ran and when. We do not collect data from your dating apps unless you paste it in yourself.
For Photo Rater and AI Photo Shoot, photos are sent to the AI provider only for the live request. Reference photos for AI Photo Shoot are kept for 30 days so you can regenerate without re-uploading. Generated photos are kept for 90 days. Photo Rater images are not stored after the analysis completes — only the text result is saved to your run history.
Bios, openers, chat transcripts, and any other text you paste into a tool are sent to the AI provider for that one run. We store the model output in your run history so you can come back to it. We do not store the raw text after your session ends.
Your Tinder data export is processed entirely in your browser. The file never leaves your device. We do not see it, store it, or send it to any AI provider.
We use Replicate as our AI inference provider. Replicate may use OpenAI, Google, and Meta models depending on the tool. Your inputs are sent to these models only to produce your result. We do not train any AI on your data and we have configured our integrations to opt out of provider-side training where that option exists.
When you buy a plan or top-up, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store the resulting transaction record — never your card details. Your credit balance and tool-run history live in your DatingXP account.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which tools people use most — no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, no data sold to anyone.
You can export or delete your account data at any time from your account settings. If you want everything purged including run history, email us and we will action it within 7 days.
